Lets look at the below screenshot, i have copied this text from a website which generates Lorem Ipsum text, and it is shifted with the background color.
How to get rid of text background color:
- Open your word document if it is not already open.
- Click on the Home tab from the top menu bar.
- Select all your text (ctrl+a) or the portion of text with the background color.
- Click on the small down arrow of the bucket icon (titled Shading) and No Color at the bottom of Theme colors menu.
