 Fennel in Urdu/Hindi is called Saunf.

Its Chemical Composition:

Estragole, fenchone, α-pinene anethole, β-pinene, α-Terpineol, α-phellandrene, myrcene,    β-phellandrene, para-Cymol, and campfer are the main chemical compounds found in Fennel.
